The beta license key for House Flipper can be found in the comments section of this post. The beta is now open to the public! House Flipper is a new construction and renovation management sim from ClockStone Software. In this sprawling, sprawling game, players take on the role of a house flipper — buying old houses at low prices and then fixing them up and reselling them for vast profits. The game includes an intuitive building system that allows you to construct just about anything you can imagine, as well as give it your own unique touch with furnishings and decor. These clever features combined with immense scope and intriguing perks make House Flipper one of the most exciting games we've seen in years. Due to the enormous scope of House Flipper, we felt it necessary to give it our own official review. Check out our review and some Q&A's with ClockStone Software below! Q: Will there be multiplayer in House Flipper? A:I personally would love to add multiplayer. The problem is that for a game like this, where the focus is on making interesting and unique builds, it's hard to make something that will work well in multiplayer. It's really hard to test different player builds without players actually playing together. So at this time I'm putting my focus on single-player and trying to make the best single-player experience possible. Q: Is it difficult to make the many different items in House Flipper? A: It takes time to get good at House Flipper. Visual design is an art form in itself, and not everyone can do it. I'm the kind of guy who needs time with a game before I can jump in and see how it works. A lot of other people have complained that it's hard, but I think once you're familiar with the menu system you'll be okay. Once you get to know how everything works, you'll be able to build items that look good and function properly. Q: How is the game designed for single-player mode? A: Basically, it's like building on pieces of paper. You can make whatever you want by putting pieces together. It's more like Legos if you want! The game does cover a lot of ground in terms of content, but it doesn't go into too much depth. Right now I am adding all of the additional upgrades that will be available after buying all the different properties (such as sprinklers, pools and fireplaces). The game will also come with all of the furniture and decor including details, where you can make the game look like the interior of your very own house. Q: How is New Hampshire (and specifically Hanover) represented in House Flipper? A: The game uses the real locations with permission. I've tried to create an accurate representation of what Hanover is like. There are errors that I will be correcting over time as more buildings are built. cfa1e77820
